Committee on Legislation and General Administration Debates of the Commercial Code

This session focused on the consideration of a draft law on the Commercial Code. Led by MP Mohamed Abdoulkader Mohamed, the agenda of this session was the review of the draft law on the Commercial Code.

The analysis began on September 14th. The government was represented by the Minister for the Ministry of Economy and Finance for Trade, SMEs, handicrafts, tourism and formalization M Abdi Ilmi Achkir.

The Minister was assisted by the lawyer and dean, Dr. Ali Afkada, and the Secretary General, Ali Ahmed Ali.

In closing the members of three committees agreed to continue consideration of this text at meetings scheduled for Sunday, September 25th and Wednesday, September 28th.
